Payment Policy
1. Payment Processing
Payments for services rendered by Gorilla Marketing Experts are due on the 31st day following the start of the agreement or after the 30-day free trial period. Payment will be processed through the payment method provided by the client at registration. The card on file will be charged for all services upon the conclusion of the free trial period.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other methods available through our payment processor. All payments will be processed securely using the payment method on file. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your card for the agreed-upon services.
3. Charges for Services
The charges for services provided are outlined in the initial agreement. Any changes to the pricing or services will be communicated to you in advance, and you will be required to agree to such changes before they are applied.
4. Late Payments
If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is received.
5. Refunds
As specified in our Refund Policy, all payments are non-refundable once processed. Clients who wish to cancel services must provide a 30-day notice, and any remaining charges will be processed accordingly.
